Re: PBS dependant applying same time as main applicant

Dear Moderators, I am applying for ILR (inside UK) under Tier 1 General after completing the 5 years. My spouse's visa is a PBS dependant that will expire at the same time as mine (she's been in the UK for 1 year). As we are applying together through the postal route, I would be grateful if someone...

Just a simple quick question.

Thank you very much

I’ve called my local authority (Crawley) to book appointment for my UK born Son (MN1) application. But they are telling me that for registration you should have ILR at least one year old and I got ILR last week. Is this is the right information?

Hi Guys,

Can I take your 1 mins please? I'm going to apply MN1 application for my UK born son.

But I do have only ILR as my husband has Tier 1 PBS dependent visa. Should I can apply MN1 application for my son? Or I've to wait for my husband ILR?

Many thanks,
Rubi

As you have secured ILR on the PBS basis, Your husband cannot apply as Dependent of PBS, but FLR(M) as the spouse of a settled person. Once this has been approved, and provided he has been in the UK for a period of 2 years as the spouse of a PBS migrant and someone present and settled, he will then...
