Congr8,

Why you have included your baby with you as I can see you can directly apply for your baby british nationality after get your ILR?

Now what you will do with your wife application? FLR(M) or FLR(O)? and you are going to apply by post ?

Okay - FLR(O) is the new form version of FLR(M).

Your wife does require only 5 months on FLR(O), after that she can apply for ILR.

Last but not least, does caseworker asked you cohabitation documents for FLR(O)? If yes , what you give them?
