Waiting time

Hi,

Quick question.
Once we have had you ILR for one year we can apply for citizenship....One of

One of my friend told me that if you have brought property in UK then the waiting time would be 10 months instead of 12 months. Is this right?

Thanks in advance,
Rubiana

I've filed my husband ILR visa SET(O) by post and it has been more than 3 weeks now and UKBA didn't take the fee. Is this is the normal time frame or should I call them to ask?

Re: child benefits??

Well, this is purely based on his education , experience and skills. WHY we are NOT getting 60k+?
To be honest, nobody is stopping us to earn more money, but we don’t skills to get this amount.
My point is this is his rights to take benefits as he is paying more tax as we do.
