I also want to mention one thing that I was in India for 180 days as I had an accident (18 Aug 2008 - 10 Feb 2009).

I have got Medical Certificate to confirm the same.

Will it affect my application.

Tier 1 Renewal

Hi

My Tier 1 visa is expiring on 20 May 2011. I just want to know how early I can apply for the renewal

My understanding is that you can apply in the last 30 days i.e. anytime after 20 April 2011. Is that correct or can I apply earlier?
