Please can someone advise if the payment made in lieu of annual leave not taken considered as earnings for the purpose of points calculation.

ILR query

Hi, I obtained my Tier 1 (General) visa in September 2008 but entered UK in January 2009 (about 4 months later). Based on the 5 years continuous residence rule for ILR, I understand that I will have to apply for a further extension in September 2013 as I will only be eligible for ILR in January 2014...
