Can We have a Refree who is on benifits?

Hi all,
I am going to apply for registration of my daughters. as a requirement I need to get two references for each. My question is if one refree is on benifits will it effect my daughter's application? i hope some one can answer this.

Absences From UK

Hi Every one,

I have travelled a lot out side UK with in last 5 years both for holidays and for business. The total numebr of days out side are app 500. Out of which more than 200 days are for business. Will it affect my citizen ship application? Can my employer help in this case?

I came in UK in March 2006 on HSMP and will complete 4 years in March 2010. The problem is that I was away from UK for 250 day on one single trip. Will it affect my application for ILR?
