it means i have to show same amount of earning when i apply for extension

I was initially granted tier- 1(general) when i was 28 years old and scored 20 points for that.

when i will go for my extension i will be 30....will i still get 20 points on my initial age base or will i be scoring only 10 points for 30 years old age.

Don't worry at all.....i was exactly in the similar situation...my wife stayed in UK for 4 years as a student .....we applied for her dependant from in country (UK) but refused saying she should back and make an entry clearence application from Pakistan.. Today thank GOD she got her dependant visa.....

Just one thing i can see lacking is might be the children TB certificate (if they need one)..please make sure that they do or they do not need one.

Otherwise your application looks fine to me.

I just have got my wife's dependant visa today with the similar documentation.
