it means that they do not care about the signature really as far as the document is stamped.

i have submitted 24 payslips because i get paid every 2 weeks. so 2 payslips per month. just spoken to my solicitor who is very well reputed in London. he has seen my slip and told me that the allowence will be counted as it is added in the gross pay.......i also have letter from employer saying that this forms part of my remunerationp package and these are not reimbursed money..... al...

Yes i am submitting abbet statement till oct 2010....taht shows negative figure at the end.

But please note that no abbey statements are submitted for the period of after oct 2010. only nationwide is submitted for last 4 months as a proof of maintainance and salar.

So it means wether i actually get the allowence credited in my account or not untill it shows in my gross pay it should be fine.....as thats what the ukba looks for tota gross pay....

The allowence i get is included in my total gross pay... it is then deducted on the deduction side where rest of thedeductions take place like NI, Paye tax. IT lools roughly like this PAYMENTS DEDUCTION Week 1 10 hrs £100 Paye tax £30 Week2 10 hrs £100 NI £20 Travel and subsistence £150 Salary ...
