Did you send either of the parent's passports? I have not sent parent's passports. I sent only children's passports which has ILR stamps. I am still waiting. The earliest you can post ur application is 20th so that home office will receive it on 21/05/2010 and you will be able to prove that you were in UK on 22/05/2005.

Hi Senthil,
if the home office receive your appication on 7/5/2010 then you should have been in the country on 8/5/2005 for the application to be valid.

Hi Senthil, I think you are just trying to find things to worry about. If I said don't worry nothing is gonna happen, would you beleive me? Did you see a traffic signal camera? I guess not?
