1. Copy of the passport of the Irish Born Child
2. Child's Birth Certificate
3. Relevant pages of my passport
4. Copy of my Garda card

Any thing else? Do I need to attest the copies by a solicitor?

Do any body know whether Spousal Work Permits would be issued or Contract Jobs and what is the minimum contract period required on the job offer letter? Is it 1 year?

If he is Stamp 4 he could do any course free / by paying nominal fee. If he is not then he only would be able to do part time evening courses, by paying the relevant fees at FAS.
