Guys One small query. Do i need to attest (TRUE COPY) my (primary's) passport photo copies while applying tier 1 defendant.

I am sure he meant, get your Tier1 Visa stamped (by HO i.e may be apply again n get it stamped by HO) Agree with many n vfs guys here that BV overrides any previous visa's (Tier1/Tier2) Will be interested to see wat the email reply says.. Yes he did appeal. But as you must be knowing appeal is a long process. and without much hope. Yes he did provide photos but they were just 2-3 photos. may be this is where he went wrong.
