Called up VFS they said that Tier 1 general Migrant visa will be INVALID without any notice if Business visa is stamped after that.

This is a shock to me.. lost 1.25 lakh

Tier1 Dependant - Marriage certificate verification

Hi everyone, I am applying for Tier 1 dependant visa for my wife in Mumbai, India. Does anyone here by any chance know how these people verify Marriage certificates. Two of my friends also had applied for tier 1 dependant visa. And their visa got rejected saying that the EO found the marriage false....

BHC people do not reply. I emailed them twice at bombay.visaenquiries@fco.gov.uk

Sanjay, I could not find link having information. But, I'm quite sure, new visa replaces existing visa. Drop an email to BHC in India to confirm this.
