exactly what i was going to say. That is their standard response to everyone. They will always return your paperwork/passport but that doesnt mean you're rejected!

I dont think motoring convictions count though. On the other hand, non motoring convictions like GBH or assault should be declared. I am not 100% sure on this. Double check with sir batleykhan :)

The date on the tracking is a day before my husband got the text about the application being processed at BHC. Maybe they are fixing up and getting into gear now, who knows. Has anyone on here actually heard before the 12 weeks being up?

yeah i agree with them copying and pasting responses.looks like they are contacting everyones employer these days and that might be causing a delay. apparently if your employer doesnt respond or they cant contact them properly, then the bhc uses that as an excuse to reject you or delay your case. bu...
