compensate the loss

As tier 1 (general) is already stopped, everyone who gets the ILR, there is no further extension. So they are in loss as number of tier 1 holder decreases . To compensate that loss, they increase the fees from remaining tier 1 holders.

Tier 1 - widow parent applying as depedent.

Dear members,

I'm Tier 1 visa holder and have been working in UK more than a year. I would like to apply Tier 1 depedent visa for my father (Mother expired). Is there any provision to apply.

Could you help me out in this regard.

Thanks.

Limit on Tier 1 and Tier 2 ---MAC report

It should not be any problem. Because many company follows the same policy in UK. The case worker must be aware of that. But it must be shown very clearly in the bank statement as 'salary of october 2010' on any date.
