Not having a passport doesn't mean he doesnt have a nationality. For most nationalities, children inherit their parents nationality. Parents are on ILR and baby born in UK,
In MN1 form on page under Present nationality what should we write as our baby has just UK birth certificate ??
Will it be parents current nationality ?
