The person who I spoke to this morning (from the HO) was incredible grumpy. Some of them are really helpful and answer nicely but some of them are quite annoying!

This is their job, I mean you can feel that they get annoyed with the questions :?

I applied on the 5th of January and called the HO this morning. It has not been allocated to a CASE WORK TEAM yet. It is just collecting dust in the queue!

Well I just called the HO and spoke to a lady who says that our application has been allocated to a case team but it has not been given a case ID yet :roll: . The Our ref starts with a letter followed by seven digits. Yes, mine is the same. If it start with a letter (A-Z), that's your HO unique reference number, your case id will start with figure.
