You might need a TB Medical certificate from a UKBA certified hospital/ clinic if ur stay is for over 6 months. They may not ask for documents as such but just be relaxed and confident when they ask you questions.good luck.

I'm currently on psw and my visa runs out in 3-4 months time.

Is it ok to travel outside the UK for an emergency for a couple of days, if my application for CoS is being processed during the period of my travel?
