Refer to the link given in above thread...it has very good guidance on how to contact mp and what to do.

Did they say what type of checks are needed ? They wont do that if the application is straightforward.

I just gave my opinion that some posts are unnecessary scare mongering and I personally know people who got their ILR. Further as reiterate you were using y...

Please do not engage in spreading wrong information. Guess the person who responded has been ill informed. For T1G as long as you dont exceed 180 days in a year you dont have to show any evidence at all, even if those leaves were unpaid. I know two examples of people who got their ilr with the new r...

Daydream... Congrats on the ILR for your wife. So you saying that all the absences taht your wife had were unpaid ? This is in line with what I had spoken to several experienced solicitors that it doesnt matter for Tier 1 as long as its less than 180. Also, were there any periods of unemployment in ...

Hi... I have a question regarding when my wife will be eligble for ILR. I plan to apply ILR for myself next month since we have not been cohabiting for 2 years. sonakshi,

Congrats on your ILR.

Just wanted to ask where did you get the translation for the death certificate?

Was it originally completely in another language or part english and part native language ?

Also, did you have any unpaid leaves ?

Thanks :)

wpilr thanks for your reply. I should have made myself more clearer. What I meant to ask was, can she apply to extend her current stay along with me. So if I select PEO appointment can I select 1 dependent? or would she need a separate appointment. Would that mean I pay less fees. The whole point of...
