One question - were you asked to provide any proof for your absences from the UK and did you provide any proof ?

As far as I understand for 2nd it should be Jan 2008

I am applying on the basis of T1G.

I was on Wp for 1 year and 4 years on tier 1. Before WP one year on a student visa.

Can someone confirm please, as I am using the date from FLR for my ILR period and also counting the holidays from that date.

My friends, who were in a similar situation had also counted the period from WP stamping.
