Thanks for clarification.

I saw that in the guidance notes, but the website says for a full 12 month period.

Also, does the same rule applies for ILR too?

Is it ok if I apply for ILR while still being unemployed (on a Tier 1).

I applied a year earlier. You can go ahead and extend.

Thanks for the reply...It definitely helps.

But does that mean that I can claim Feb 2010 - Jun 2010 and then again Aug 2010 - Jan 2011.

I am claiming for a 12 month period within 15 months but has a break in between.

Duration of earning Tier1 form - gap in earning

Hi, I have a question regarding the duration of earnings in the Tier 1 Form. There are several boxes for 'from' and 'to'. I plan to claim earnings from Feb 2010 to Jan 2011, however in between there was a gap in Jun 2010 when I was not working and received no income. Will my duration still be Feb201...

Thanks for your replies. I believe that I did not clarify fully regarding the earning criteria. My earnings for past 12 months is 40K+ which give me 45 points and total points is 105. However even if I show income for say 6 months I still get enough points but my total points for application is 75. ...
