I once applied for a student visa which was rejected the EC stated my sponsor had little capacity to sustain me. Now I have forgotten the reference number how do I fill in the VAF9 PBS form on that section.

In my payslip I have the following allowances (taxable): medical aid, cellphone allowance, company pension contribution and Company insurance contribution.
All this forms my total package and is stated in my contract of employment. Can I claim these allowances as part of my past earnings.
