But what is the point? If the PBS calculator awards you 10 points for English language why are you trying to make it difficult for yourself? I think the guidance says you should be named as a joint account holder and that your name should appear in the bank statement for the duration of the period you are showing your earning and/or maintenance funds. Read the guidance notes my friend, you need to show your 2800 plus your dependent's maintenance whether in the UK or outside of UK. You should have 2800 + (1600 x number of dependents), even though you have received your visa.

Allowances on Payslip

In my payslip I have the following allowances (taxable): medical aid, cellphone allowance, company pension contribution and Company insurance contribution.
All this forms my total package and is stated in my contract of employment. Can I claim these allowances as part of my past earnings.
