If Police didn't arrest your wife then she is not caution or Charged. Police can't charge or caution someone without arresting him or her. yes, you can renew your Passport. you need to take your appeal acknowledment letter or any home office letter which shows that you are waiting for an appeal decision to Pakistan High commission. take your old passport and your CNIC with you.

Police can't caution someone without arresting. so If you were not arrested then you have no criminal record.

You can find your criminal record by going to police station and request a form for Data protection act and Pay £10 and you will receive your criminal report by post.

In 10 years long residence ILR application you are not required to submit any document but it's good to submit documents like Bank statement and Payslips. if You have done any charity or community work then it's all good for your application and submit them too.

they must have returned your old Passport and must have mention your old Passport number in your new passport. So just keep attach both passports.

If you send your SAR request with one Proof of address and Passport copy then it will be enough.

Don't worry about of change of address...!!!!

I would suggest you to request SAR file. In your SAR file you will find your test result. If it's in your SAR file then there will be no Problem.

You can requset SAR file anytime and there is no time constraint and it normally takes 40 days to get it back so its good to apply atleat 3 months before you apply for your ILR. and Whatever documents and information UKBA held in your file will be give to you.

NO it's not a CCJ. even you have got a CCj and you pay it within one month then it will not come into your credit file . !!! so Enjoy :-)

It's good to have your SAR file to obtain from UKBA before applying for your ILR. As they will send you all your documents which UKBA retain. secondly you can find out the dates of all your applications received in UKBA.

its good to mention all your correct entry and exit dates in your ILR form.

You need to declare it if CCJ is in your credit file. if you will pay your debt with in one month then it will be removed from your file.
