My friend applied for his ILR 4 months ago but didn't add his wife as his dependant for FLR. His application for ILR is still pending for ILR decision.

ILR ST(M) Problem

I would like to apply for my wife ILR on SET(M) we have no bills or statements together in our names but I can produce 6 documents for each of us but not all documents cover 2 full years. Will there be any problem if 2 or three out of 12 documents are not covering 2 full years.

My wife was Tier 1 General Dependant for one year when I got my ILR and then she got FLR(M) and now she has completed one year on FLR(M)So it's now two years including Tier 1 genreal Dependant.

I don't know will she get ILR now on that basis?

Hello

My friend is here for almost 10 years and his Tier 1 general visa is going to expire 38 days before his 10 years long residency. he is here with 3 kids and wife so if he will go for a Tier 1 extension it will cost him fortune.
