Re: Tier 4 after Visitor visa Refusal

Previous visitor visa refusal should not affect a new student visa application until you breached condition of that visa (was working etc) or used deception or overstayed for more than 30 days. The factors, Home Office will pay attention to, are fundamentally different for both visas. Although, I wo...

Re: Eu member leaves the country

This is quite a complex case which would require a professional advice. If domestic violence involved, you might be eligible to apply for ILR. The first step would be to contact Immigration adviser or solicitor, who will point in the right direction. Check also here https://www.gov.uk/check-legal-ai...

Re: Tier 4 Concessions for Tier 2 currently on a Residence Card

There is a lot of information in your post and a lot of questions. You have 2 choices: invest your time in detailed research on each option availiable or find a good immigration advisor. I doubt someone will give you a full advise on your situation here as in most cases the main function of this for...

You are an ILR holder now. I would think your wife would need to apply for a Family visa. Read further here https://www.gov.uk/uk-family-visa/partner-spouse

Re: Advice on which application.

HO might reject your application without passport, if you have no good reason why you did not send it. They, probably, would want to see the reason why you cannot obtain a new one. If you will be able to prove that it is impossible to obtain a new passport, the application might be accepted. I am no...

Re: Tier 2 Dependant Visa for baby born out of UK

https://www.gov.uk/tier-2-general/family-members - this answers most of your questions. I do not think you need to pay for giving birth to the baby in the UK since you pay NI contributions and have free NHS. But it is better to find out with your GP or at the birth location https://www.nhs.uk/condit...

The applicant has not been absent from the UK for more than 180 days during any 12 month period in the continuous period. All absences from the UK during the relevant qualifying period must have been for a purpose that is consistent with the applicant’s basis of stay here, including paid annual leav...

Re: Information about SAR

You can try, but it, probably, will be refused and the fee, probably, won't be returned. 6 months is not a guaranteed period of making a decision on application. It can be longer depending on application complexity and how busy your caseworker is. Try here https://www.gov.uk/government/news/want-to-...
