Thank you so much for replying. I am 25 years old. Is this going to make a big difference if i make an application. i am so scared now after reading about all the family dependency visas refused on this forum, i dont't think i stand any chance. If she knows the mistake I would advise to write it to HO. She can refill those two pages and can send it to HO with the covering letter explaining the mistake that she made. The address doe the further information will be different to the address of 1st application and can be found on the guide. T...

I fail to see that a 23 year old person who is voluntarily studying outside the UK has any compelling reasons for coming to live in the UK. If the OP feels that he has the right then why has he not applied sooner or is he waiting for his son to FINISH his course before applying? Just out of curious...
