we din't live in rented property at all , as soon as i got here (uk)in laws wanted me to stay with them and few weeks later we bought over own house .

i will proveide letter from stating we lived with them in the begining for few weeks

when your visa expires anyway??

when i applied for spouse visa we had(Mantioned) rented property.but when i got here we lived with in laws for few weeks untill we bought our own house ( Mortgage).
does this can effect My ILR ???

Will This effect on her ILR if she mantion everthing on sepreat sheet or produce charged sheet from police and case discontinue letter from her solicitor. she is just confused and don't want to get trouble of anything , what happened if she doesn't mantion but if they find out from police record ......

she was arrested by police for fraud/ forgery...she still doesn't need to mantioned anything

I am bit confused now .she was arrested but not charged so no crimnal conviction .section 8 on set (m) form , so she will x the boxes of crimnal convictions and charges but where it says have you ever been engaged with any activities may be indicate that may be you are not person of good chracacter....

My friend's friend was arrested by police then charged and her case was discontinue in the court by prosecuter. ( No sentence No fine ) she is applying for ILR in few weeks , is it straight forward case to apply at PEO or she should sent her documentation by post for her ILR. please advice and any g...

When she was granted spouse visa ....you were working uk or outside uk??

Because its all about supporting family ( Living Together) paying bills and also paying income and NI tax in UK.

Hi There of course you can use any letters to support your application but as per guidence SET (M) its better if you could supply what they want so read carefully guidence note and follow them they only want 6 letters on both names and address or you can provide on sepreat names but must be showing ...
