I got a similar issue, i didn't work as well for 5 months inbetween while i am in my tier 1 general 5 years, will i be eligible to get the ilr when i apply for ilr next year. Look forward for the reply on this post

Severance NT is the redundancy pay, My company told me that they will pay the pay in lieu apart from the salary and redundancy pay before I left the company.
