I was in the same boat and the accountant I contacted were trying to charge 500-700 GBP which was huge. Finally I was able to find an accountant who was much cheaper. If you want then I can PM his details to you. But wherever you go please make sure that the Accountant is registered (ACCA) and the A...

I think you can show net profits as well but the documentation will increase. Go through the Tier1 guidance doc. Just a suggestion - why don't you withdraw dividends now? Your extension is in April and you can then show these dividends as your earning. Disclaimer - I'm just suggesting it as an optio...

First you can show this HMRC letter that the CT is due by Oct 2013. And you would have your business bank statement to show that enough money is present in it. You must have submitted VAT returns quarterly. If yes then you can show that as well. Apart from it you can also show your PAYE contribution...

Reason 1 and 2 - UKBA is not concerned and would reject these reasons outrightly.

Reason 3 - Nothing is mentioned in the guidance about it. So I imagine it is left to the discretion of case worker.

I'm not an expert here and merely saying based on the guidance. Seniors might advice you better.

Not sure but there is no mention of overdraft in the guidance. It then leaves to the discretion of the case worker. But not sure how novice you had been? Everybody here plans for Visa extension or ILR in advance and you seem to be pretty relaxed for it and now asking the question. Personally I don't...

I think you can apply directly for ILR. As per ILR guidelines if you can discard delay of upto 3 months for entering into UK after you get your first Tier1/HSMP stamped. Your HSMP was stamped on 26th May 2008 and you enter UK on 6th July 2008. So you can treat your entry to UK as 26th may 2008 for I...

Just curious. How did UKBA know that the appointment was booked by agents? It's really good if UKBA acts tough on these agents. Also moderators of this forum should delete and ban all the posts where these agents are posting their ads. Just seeing one more ad today by these agents.

yes right. But the bad thing is that these accountants will take extra money for it. I just talked to one accountant and he was asking for £300.00 just to stamp some docs and giving accountant letter.

Anyways if you get to know about any accountant who will reasonable amount then let me know.

Don't worry. I'm on similar boat. The good thing is that you can use any certified Accountant. It need not to be the one who is managing your company. But make sure the accountant is certified and have valid registration number. So you can go to any certified accoutant and ask them to prepare the do...

Just a question - why are these kinds of post for selling or buying PEO appointments being allowed on this forum? Moderators - Shouldn't these users be banned and all their posts deleted? Based on my experience I can understand how difficult it is to book PEO appointment because of these fraud people.

You need to show 1500 pounds as maintenance fund for you and your dependent and I think you can't touch it as this amount should remain in your account till the visa is approved. What if UKBA verifies the account balances during visa processing and find it below the required 1500 threshold. I would ...
