Q1 -> You need to put original bank statements for both accounts (Saving as well as Current account) and clearly mention it in the letter. Q2 -> Why don't you order original bank statement posted to you? It generally takes only 2-3 days. Otherwise the bank statements should be on official dictionary...

I would suggest to go for 1 and 2. The amounts in your business bank account and personal bank account must match exactly. Ask your accountant to prepare exact same salary slips and dividend vouchers and if he can't accomodate salary slips (because of PAYE issues) then you can go only with dividends...

Not discouraging you but I would advise to post your application with all the relevant documents as soon as possible (if you can't get any PEO appointment before your visa expiry). If you post it and then can't get the visa till 10th Oct then it is still legal to work and stay here. Otherwise you wo...

looks good. Just make sure these points -

i) Printed salary slips are signed and stamped by the employer. Make sure to provide a valid contact details of the employer in case UKBA wants to do some checks.

ii) Personal bank statement is original.

iii) Marriage certificate is original.

Spatacus, have you taken out physical cash from business account or did you transfer it to your bank account? If you had transferred it to your personal bank account then ask your accountant to prepare dividend vouchers for the given date. (hope that you didn't put any payment reference while doing ...

It's really unfair to book multiple appointments by one person while other people wake up whole night even for one. Because of this practice only it has been a daunting task to book PEO appointment. And then you are proudly announcing it before cancellation!! Think UKBA should take action against th...

Yes. I think so. As far as I know the joint account can only be with your spouse. Technically the money is exclusively not yours.

I would suggest to open a new account against your name and put money in it to avoid any complications.

Hi, I'm employed by my own limited company (taking salary + dividends). I am taking minimum Salary of GBP 7500 and hence there is no NI contributions on my salary slips. Only PAYE contributions of 1.40 GBP per month are present. Has anybody recently got the Tier1 extension based on minimum salary wi...

I'm in the same league as not paying any NI on my salary through limited company. I contacted my accountant who mentioned that they can show NI contributions only after the salary reaches around £7500. I've to increase my salary a lot to achieve this as my ext is due in Jan. I paid some NI in Feb-Ma...

Hi, In the sticky tag http://www.immigrationboards.com/viewtopic.php?t=60575 I noticed that some people have applied to switch from Tier 2 to Tier 1 (General). My understanding is that from April 1st 2011 nobody can apply for Tier 1 (General) except those already in Tier 1 (G) and wish to extend the...

In such a case its better to wait till Aug. It is also fine if you apply for it in August. I feel that the balance must not fall even once during last three months. Seniors can comment better on it.
