it's varying dramatically based on british high commission location in india as one can see in the processing time guide. So I feel that the tracking of processing time should be specific to a location. Thanks. Our Timelines: Applied for Tier 1 (G) dependent visa on : 26th May 2010 Application Dispa...

Hi guddu84, Please don't do it. If anybody is applyiny from UK then he/she should be physically present in UK. In my opinion you would be playing with immigration rules if you do that. So you can apply for urself within UK and when you get your visa then your wife can apply from India. As seniors su...

Hi Saikripa, I can understand your pain. You are suffering just because of ignorance of ICICI bank customer care executive. I am not sure about legal things which can be done here. Prima facie this appears to be a case against ICICI not UKBA. And I see very dim chances of your application being acce...

Hi Saikripa, I am afraid to say that nobody can do anything here. If ur bank is saying that daily max limit is 750 GBP on ur debit card then nobody can do anything.. If u apply after April 6 then u will definitely come under new rules. Let's senior comment more on your case. They will be able to tel...

jacqulinegeorge, it is one year after April 6 when UKBA decided to make changes in Tier 1 and Tier 2 categories. So you should be working with your current employer for at least a year to apply for Tier 2 intra company transfer visa. See http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitecontent/documents/news/s...

Thanks for the reply. Actually after April 6 changes Tier 2 Intra company transfer time will not be counted for ILR. But since my Tier 2 ICT was stamped earlier and I travelled to UK before 6th April so my countdown will start from 17th Jan 2010. Does it mean that I need to travel on or before 12th ...

ILR time count for Tier 2 Intra company transfer and Tier 1

Hi, I went to UK on Tier 2 Intra Company transfer on 17th Jan 2010 and came back on 14th Feb 2010. Now I have got my Tier 1 valid from 29th March 2010 and planning to go to UK on 12th May. Yes. You can do that. The procedure will be normal Tier 1 process but you have to post it to UKBA. Search the forum and you will numerous threads with even the time mentioned for the visa. If you get Tier 1 then you have to inform your current employer for the status change and Tier 2 wont be valid ...

As per my knowledge it is a 1 bedroom flat which also contains a living room. I definitely don't want to live like this there. Also I wont the property on rent if the landlord does not agree for me paying all the utility bills.
