Call the home office and talk to them.
I think they consider 12 months maternity leave in case of calculating points for Highly skilled.

Re: Need help; how to get ILR

Thanks vinseh. I should have said HSMP(JR). But I thought that was understood as the mahnoor_77 is qualified for HSMP JR.
You can download latest SET(O) form. It is mentioned in that form.

Re: Need help; how to get ILR

You can apply after the completion of 4 years. You dont need to pass the life in the UK test. I did, but the case worker told me I was not required to pass the test. The case worker asked me for 3 latest months payslips, 3 months bank statements (latest), all the p60s, and letter from employer.

Thanks gvamsimba. I went to Croydon. You need to pay before a case worker starts working on your case.

Congratulations on ilr. I was also in Croydon on 5th of march. I had an appointment at 9 and I got my ilr/passport by 10:30. I came to UK on 8th of February 2006 (HSMP). The case worker told me that I have got a backdated ilr. So the date stamped on my visa is 8th February. Not sure how it works. is...
