I got Married to EU National in December 2006 and apply for 4EUFAM stamp. But DOJ refused my application in July 2007 like lot of other cases.But i hire a lawyer and got S tamp 4 in Fab2008 for 1 year and then got 4EUFAM Stamp in 2008 dated back from JUNE 2006 .So I have 4EUFAM Stamp till JUNE 2012....
