Hello! I hold Tier1 visa and I will have to extend it this year. Can you please tell me may I claim 5 points for UK experience? I received my visa on 10/2010 so i will have to extend it on 10/2012.

I will star my new job tomorrow where i will need to travel alot around EU.

How do they know? Many things like healthcare, driving permission, extension of visa ... depends on time spent in UK. Problem no1: How do they know how long I am in UK? Does that letter has to be dated just before I apply or it can be older?

My bank letter will be dated arround my last day of my clamming period for earnings - that will be 2 moths before my application date ...
