Is that a problem?

Does celebrities have to wait in line on immigration?

Does e.g. Brad Pitt have to stay in the line at immigration (e.g. at airport) and answer the questions, fulfill lending card, show hotel booking, return ticket ...? He is non-EU/EEA citizen!

:):):)

Sorry for such a stupid topic but I can not stop wondering ...

I'm searching all around and I cannot find any information that I have to prove anything else but that I will leave the UK after that.

We are going to do that probably next week so I will share my experience :)

Hi MPH80!

Thanks.

I was not exact in my question... Do we need to give supporting documents that prove that we are together or something like that?

Thank you!

Marriage visa / non-EU

So, we would like to register Civil Partnership in the U.K. We are both non-EU citizens and outside U.K. We would like to do that after we were advised from many people on this forum to do that.(because we plan to apply for Tier1 visa and I would like that my boyfriend come with me as my dependant a...

More than that I'm afraid...dependent visas are due to rise...not far off £2000 for single application. If you do not have EXACT information it's better that you don't leave post ... Writing something just to write is no good. Because here we talk about law and all information should be EXACT and ...

Final thought - is it possible you could travel somewhere else where gay marriage is legal (and you don't have to get approval from the goverment), marry there, return to croatia and simply make him your dependant on the tier 1 application? If you come to the UK intending to get married - you still need to apply for a marriage visitor visa. Of course - you could arrive without a visa at all and then try to apply for a certificate of approval (http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/visitingtheuk/gettingmarried/certificateofapproval/) - but ...
