Shouldn't be a problem even if you cross the line by just 1 GBP as long as you meet the requirement. All the best. Just to make few more things clear.. The...

You can get a letter from your employer with local currency. Remember you have to use the exchange rate on the last date of your claim period for previous earnings and not the rate on the day of application. For the maintenance fund you need to use the rate on the day of your application. oh, thank...

Re: If application is rejected?

Is the qualification you mentioned was exactly your qualification? If yes then as long as point based calculator gives you points for your degree you don't need UK NARIC statement. You can claim points for your qualification well, it is a bit tricky, as i explained here: http://www.immigrationboard...

Certificate of Sponsorship is for Tier 2, not for Tier 1. Entry Clearance (EC) is a visa stamped on your passport when your application for a given immigration category (e.g. - Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 4 etc.) is approved. regards Thank you very much for the reply... I want to apply for Tier 1 (General - Skilled Migrant) under PBS. I am a citizen of Croatia where, at the moment, I live and work. I score 80 points on the point based calculator. But... Re: Tier 1 - Is Bachelors degree eligible?

Still you have 35 points for earnings. It's your call, of course. Just be mindful of very bad labor market conditions here, and the propensity of the HO to make the rules extremely unpredictable. thanks for the tip! there are certainly some advantages and some disadvantages about moving to UK.. but...

Re: Tier 1 - Is Bachelors degree eligible?

its 80 points total with master's degree (35) and 28 years old (10) (+20 for english and maintenance funds = 100) It seems to me that your salary, for the country you live in, is very high (otherwise you wouldn't make 80 points). Unless you have great job prospects in the UK, maybe you should think ...
