No clue! Do you reckon they have like an initial screening system where they review applications and those that could obtain ILR go in a pile for further consideration and straight refusals get instant notification? It's the only thing I can think of if they are really using the FIFO system. do we ...

PS: Just read about people on the other forums who applied in Jan 2010 and were refused. Totally confused as to how UKBA are processing applications.
so, only successful applications are get delayed ??????????????

Weeks come and go, but NO sign of UKBA response......

I Totally Agree with Most of you guys, and Dolf, made some good points along with many others. And why would UKBA appoint someone to defend in this forum.???????? very childish or what ? never mind. and Yes, 10 years Legal ILR is Totally different from Asylum application. and they can check anything...

Well said foxy. we are in a mud now not knowing what is next and , yes it is delaying our citizenship process especially there implementing new rules in June 2010.

it is really really frustrating .

valid point kiwigirl about genuine asylum seekers, however this is still not fair on us. I wonder how we approach this issue as i have no previouse experience in this [leadership]..lol. boonbin, yes, i still have a long way to go it seems. and please DO NOT GIVE UP. :cry:
