Speeding ticket and ILR Due in 5 Months

HI All

I have ILR due in March next year and unfortunately today i have received a Notice of Intended Prosecution for Over speeding :(

That's from another lawyer Do you know what the wording was that they replaced? I think possibly not. The wording you have quoted simply means that if you want to qualify for ILR on the basis of T1G then you need to hold T1G when applying (it needs to have been the most recent and current visa). I have also dropped a request to get info from Home office. Brcause my current leave does not cover 5 year period
It ends 4 days before completetion of 5 years

Also keep in mind, you don't need to provide any proof / explanation for absences if your total leave for the entire 5 year period is less than 180 days. So does this mean that more than 180 total days in 5 years is allowed but if you are out for more than 180 days u need to give an explanation for...

the 180 days out of country limit -- is it 180 is any given 12 months or 180 days total in 5 years ??
