Thanks for that , so its seems that its a quiet time so I have a reasonable change if nothing else goes wrong..



does anyone know the number what the telephone number is that's referenced to get a ref number to make your interview.

Just as a follow up i am now back in the UK , the only option for us was to get Returning Resident visas in our replaced passports & cough up the £330 per person they wanted . as a side note we did get some help from our regional MP with pushing the application through in the short time we had ...

Alo .. yup seems were just going to have to bite the bullet and apply for the "returning resident" visas ... we have a very reasonable travel insurance but it only covers £200 p/p for lost documents

Hi Kitty , thanks for the info but I was informed by Visa Centre that ILR cannot be re-issued whilst out of the UK , therefore they advised returning resident is the visa required.

viresh it took HO ,at least 2 months to turn around the letter for changing employment , but that was in 2009

No I did not , as i am still employed for the same company under same T/C, just my company name has changed. i.e in 2009 i just submitted a letter of change for official doc , and they confirmed the company trading name change in writing. then this year 2010 , we were acquired but are still trading ...

viresh , u will need a letter from HO , as my company name / job / TC or location did not change on the 2nd acquisition is was fine , however if your company name has changed you will need to inform HO , i did this back in 2008 and they send me back a acknowledgement of company name change. if you d...

ILR Sucsesfull at PEO Croydon

HI All , yup our ILR application was successfully yesterday , no issues at all. got there about 8.10 for a 8.30 appointment , security clearance was a breeze straight through we waited for about 20min in the 1st queue for info validation -i had to explain all the details about my employer situation ...

Thanks , i have spoken to my employer and we will have all the docs ready and probably try submit a TCE form , but in most likelyness it will be too late , but i can then at least provide evidence that we have tried
