Better to ask HSBC to add a note to their system in advance (most banks can keep an advance transaction not for 24-48 hours in the system).
So that will make sure not rejection by the system

ILR Success @ Solihull

Hi, Our case is pretty much straightforward : HSMP-Non JR (03 years) + TIER-1 (02 years) - We had a gap of 40 days between Entry Clearnace (EC) and First Entry. However, for the ILR we used 28 days from the 5th anniversary of EC (3 month guideline) - Documents Requested : a). Application b). LIUK Co...

ILR Employer letter

if you have official salary slips and relevant bank Statements, is it still a requirement to confirm the salary in the Employer's letter too?

Basically Employer letter covers :
- dates of join
- foreseeable future statement
- title

Salary confirmation via pay slips

Hi, As Linkers stated, I too know few cases (including success stories posted on this forum) who got the ILR based on modernized Guidance. I too got exactly same response from UKBA (same wording except my name!). To be honest it does not make any sense. Modernized guide is an approved policy (probab...

@ dimsav:
So how you then interpret the CW guidelines which giving the 90-days grace period (in CW discretion of course)

There are few success stories in the forum who got benefit from this guide and all used the Entry Clearance date (visa date).

A senior member would give more clarity

Hi what susddmehta trying to say is : Change of your income level (either up or down) is not relevant as far as you score the Total points of 75 based on the same point scheme used for your TIER-1 extension. e.g : If you extended the TIER-1 in 2009, then you must use the same Points table to calcula...

28 Days

Hi,
Visa Valid Until : 01.10.2012
EC date : 01.10.2007
Entered to UK : 05.10.2007

Can I book an appointment for a PEO exactly on 03.09.2012?
(28th day before 01.10.2012)

Or should I book a date after 03.09.2012?

28 Days

Hi Both,
Thanks for the response. In my case I am within the 90 days so I can take the date of Visa.

My question is can I apply on the 28th day (is it legally OK) or should it be after 28th day?

Is it "on or After 28 days" or "After 28 days"?

ILR - Calculating 28 days

Hi,
My Visa will expires on 01.10.2012

When I used the Date Calculator and subtract 28 days, it gives me : 03.09.2012

Can I apply on the 03.09.2012 or it has to be after 03.09.2012?
Thanks

I am not an expert in this. However, according to the Guides, you basically have to support the evidence for the Revenue you claimed for points from two different sources (Salary Slips and Bank Statements). And P-60 is not stated as a Mandatory document. However, it is always better to go with all a...
