Re: Naturalisation and English Language Requirements

Thanks for your reply mate. I called my university staff and they are not going to issue letter as degree and transcripts clearly show subjects taught in English.

I think the only option left is SELT or any other English test :(

look these are different things you NEED earnings only for the last 12 months (or 12 our of last 15 months) but it is good to show P60s, SA302s or whatever else tax documentation you have for the last 5 years, and i always suggest this to clients. they generally like to see that you have been claim...

Re: Tier 1 to ILR - P60

If you have the Salary Slip and Bank statements showing the salary credit and don't have any long out of UK stay, then P60 is not required. In any case it is optional and if you have it you can submit them as extra evidence. Thanks ssm4u ... will one year salary slips suffice or do i need to submit...

Re: Visa change

Hi all ..thanks for your replies... I came to UK in Jan 2010 and changed my visa Aug-2014. Visa is valid for 1 year but I will get PR in Jan 2015.
Now its a concern that my dependents still with me have overstayed i.e. 28days without visa as the visa was invalidated by change of my visa ?
