Should the council tax letter be dated within one month of date of application. Actually as it's issued quarterly mine is dated in Jan.

hi all... i am currently on Tier 1 visa and got a new passport as my old passport was about to expire. Do i need to inform home office regarding this change to get anything update in their database or BRP.

Actually one of my friends told me that if you dont enter UK within 3 months of Visa approval you will not be allowed to enter again (that scared me)
Secondly I need to get complete medical examination done.
Lastly I need to have an offer letter beforehand.
