. you will need to provide Photocopy of your Latest Tier 1 Visa to show you are in UK for last 12 month plus you can mention date of issue of your visa in your Covering letter . Thanks bro, I spoke to the agent and he said he never gave me original, he has got only one original copy and that it is with him. It seems they only provide photocopies. Thanks Vinny for quick turn around. True, i guess i lost my copy and the agent is reluctant to provide another but happy to give a photocopy. I have to somehow convince him now if this dosen't work

I got a reply from public visa enquiries saying that i just need only 533£ to show for dependents if the main applicant have been in UK for more than 12 months irrespective of visa category

hope this might help ppl with similar case

I really appreciate , so despite of my switching category from PSW to Tier -1 general in last 12 months is it enough if I maintain 533pounds?

I am in same situation too, so if I am here for more than 12 months hw should the maintenance requirements change? My visa status: Tier 1 general (Current) For Dependent : 1,50,000 INR (1600£) For me: 800£ is this what required??, please advise and kindly do let me know what all documents required...

acknowledgement is sent regardless of Payment, sorry to say this. I personally have to go through this shit for 2 weeks and HO returned my docs saying payment invalid and asked to make a fresh application!!. God.. was running behind banks for latest bank statements and they were not willing to stamp...

I tried the charging department, But no luck :( .. He said that once the payment processing is done the application will be no longer with them and will be forwarded to sheffield department (probably rejuctions..) ..he said they will return the application at some point (dont know how long again .. ...
