hi guys, I just got my ILR yesterday. It took exactly a month. I have no gaps, no refuse record, no exceeded absence days or whatsoever. I submitted only the required documents. Best of luck to all of you!

thx mate!

I've been accepted and will apply very soon. I thought UKBA publishes school list and licence numbers. It seems I have to ask the school myself.

new application form after 6th Apr?

Does anybody know when the form will be available?

There should be a new form as the application fee has been increased. Right?

Thanks!

I'm going to apply in person.

The reason that I am asking the question is I noticed that it is required to have at least 1 blank double sided page on the passport if applying outside the uk. not sure about applying within the uk.

passport must have one double sided page free for visa?

I have just noticed there are only 2-3 pages free on my passport, and they are not consecutive.

Is it ok?

Oh..and yes, I did call HO to ask about this. I was told not registering addresses with the police is a breach of the law (sth like that), and I might get rejected. I think I should phone them again. and I really think whether I will get rejected depends on the mood of the case worker. haha

Yes. I thought so too. The unregistered address is actually my girlfriend's address. I didn't actually live there.

But I'm still worried. Since I've been in this country for 9 years. This is the last visa I need to get before applying for the 10-year Indefinite Leave to Remain.

Thanks for the reply! I am Chinese. So, yes, I have a police registration certificate. Actually I just phoned Home Office and I was told the police registration form is required. So I think I'd better check if there's any other way to proof my earnings without showing my previous unregistered address.
