My son is Brazilian with RC of 5 years. Which is running out now in November.

Wont be able to apply to PR because my son was out of the country for more than a year.

At the moment, he is back in UK for good.

Renew my son's RC which form should I use, Please?

Hi everybody,

After my son been refused British citizenship on grounds os not being in the country. I am now renewing his Residential Card, but I'm not to sure which form should I use. Does anyone know?

MN1 refused due to my son being abroad.How can I get his BC?

Hi guys, my son(7 years old) has being refused MN1.

He's been in UK since 2009 as EEA family member RC, but by the time of the MN1 he was abroad.

At the same of his application I (mother) was granted BC.

Does anyone know what do I have to do to get his BC too, please?

Even if that was the case you would be able to do nothing. She would get permission to remain in the UK anyway. See Tracy you are SO WRONG never ever had any trouble with the HO

THEY ALREADY ISSUE ME A PR AND MY SON 5YEARS EEA FAMILY MEMBER VISA.

Hi Im here just to say after 3 1/2months I have received my passport back with my PR and my son with EEA family member visa for 5 years.

Congratulations for your PR.

I've just started my journey, send my application more than a month ago and nothing so far.
But Im aware of 6 months time frame I just hope they wont go over it.
