Thanks CR001 . I am aware of this , but specifically I want to know that both the years I am showing same proofs 1) Joint names on all :Bank accounts,Council Tax,Tenancy Agreement,letter from GP Also Tenancy and Council tax are issued yearly once,so i will have proofs in the same month in my case JU...

Yes, you should mention all traffic offenses in all countries, esp offenses made in the UK and the US. UKBA may certainly have access to those records. But do not worry they will not affect your visa results. I got my tier 1 with an accident and a traffic ticket.
