What amound of funds needs someone in order to be
considered as an EU self-sufficient person by UKBA?
Do the funds need to be in a form of regular income or
just bank deposits?
Are bank deposits sufficient proof of these funds or further
documents required?

Can you re-apply?
Can the UKBA ask you to leave the UK if they are not convised
you are a qualifing person?

According to HMRC(www.hmrc.co.uk/manuals/cbtmanual/cbtm10070.htm) comprehensive sickness cover includes the NHS cover.
