hi...finally get certificate!!! after 16 weeks and 3 days. i apply for passport today also, another 3 weeks. getting close

Hi everybody! well first congratulation to all of that already get the certificate! In my case i sent my Oath with €950 and all papers required on 23 th november 2009 and still waiting for my certificate. Is today monday 15 of march...that mean 16 weeks waiting. I think is maybe to long! :shock: a...
