it's an immigration sollicitor.

She came to the UK in 2001. To be honest there was a slight gap (overstayed) in between the period she had a family dependant visa (throught the mom) and from the time her husband apllied voor EEA2 and they got married.

Thanks for clearing that up.

However, i wonder why the french embassy london mention on their website that as a EU (dutch) citizen you can travel with your spouse to france with EEA2, except if you are a french national, then your spouse would need a visa...

Or could it be that every eu national excercising treaty rights in another eu country besides his country of birth can travel with his spouse visa free within europe even to his own country of birth?

MAximum 6 monts....I wish! They took 1.5 years to issue my wife's one after numerous lawsuits threats from my sollicitor! I mean come on!

It sounds very straight forward and it is. Even my solicitor says so but you won’t believe the hard time HO is giving us. Delaying every single thing and not responding at all!

1. He was given a 5 week stay. He got a stamp in his passport saying 5 weeks and no acces to public funds and cant work.

2. He is 8 yrs. and i & my wife will support him
