If you are in UK from last 12 months or more then £833. Otherwise £2800.
This applies if you are applying inside or outside

Sent the application on 10th March, 2009, home office received it on 11th March, 2009 and payment deducted on the same day. No ack letter till now.

oops sorry.

Thank you Aruni and VKS for the clarification. But while filling the application I selected the second check box even though applying for TIER1 Extension from HSMP. Is it an issue?

Hi,

I checked with the home office by calling and they said that there is no problem if we use version 01/10. Currently they are looking at that version only.

You can't go to section K1 after answering J4. Because it is not mentioned that way

Is it ok if I send a new dependant application (current version 03/10) now with a covering letter explaining things happened. I had sent version 01/10 while applying. Or should I call them? On which number should I call?

Hi, If you are planning to go for ILR in future then you need to show that you have been in UK for 4 years 11 months out of which you can be out of UK for 180 days (at a stretch not more then 90 days). Currently you got visa for 3 years and after that you will apply for extension for another 2 years...

Hi,

I agree with all of you. I need to go for 2nd Extension after 02nd May, 2013 which would be again for 3 years. so In total it would be 8 years (2+3+3).

My question is as soon as I complete my 5 years can I apply for ILR?

Hi,

Yes I made the payment using VISA Debit card. It should not be a problem.

You need to tick the below check box in the application
Visa / Mastercard - go to question A10 on page 7
