So if an application made on Flr(IR) after the dismissal of an appeal within 14 days of the dismissal could be varied to an application for Tier 1 (Entrepreneurial) Visa?

It's really frustrating and disappointing the way they are dealing with it. The process crossing a four month period. Please let me know when your application is approved, so at least I get idea how long the current process is taking.

Re: Travelling to India on Indian Passport

You would show both passports on departure from India as your British passport is proof of right to enter. You leave and enter the UK on your British passport. You enter and leave India on your Indian passport as long as you are within the 90 day grace period. Thank you for very useful information....

Re: Can we claim child benefit on 30 months leave to remain

No, you cannot claim, you are not entitled to claim. It is a parent that claims, not a child. What happens if the child and mother are on a 30 month visa(no recourse to public funds) and the father is a British citizen who is claiming the child benefit? Will the application of mother and children f...

Thank you Manci, but here the licence is not revoked just suspended. Interestingly a person who has been issued a certificate of sponsorship can start to work with the employer who's licence has been suspended.

Re: Right of Abode in expired passport, can work?

Like a British passport , the issue of a CoE-RoA does not convey the RoA status, it is merely evidence of it. Therefore, the expiry of the CoE-RoA should not affect a person's RoA status. But note that, with respect to a non-British Commonwealth citizen, a person's RoA may be restricted or deprived...

Re: Dependant Visa from India

When are you planning on traveling? You can probably apply sooner for the extension, it generally just means that there will be an additional extension to cover the few months shortfall because of an early extension application. However, a spouse visa should not be used to just visit the UK. It is ...
